Across the United States, online gambling is a legal grey area. While online casinos are technically considered to be illegal in some states—due in part to a lack of regulations—other states permit online casinos and gambling sites.

Some states like New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan and West Virginia even have laws in place regarding online casinos to protect their residents.

It's important to understand the local laws regarding online gambling in your state before participating on online gaming sites as regulations change often.

Alabama

Online Gambling in Alabama
